Terms of Service

Shopify App · Last updated July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Shopify App (“the App”, “we”, “us”), a Shopify application that audits supplier invoices — comparing prices, and detecting overcharges, duplicate orders, missing refunds and commission mismatches. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Data & privacy

Our handling of your data — what we collect, how we use it, retention and deletion, and the mandatory Shopify GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Availability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, savings, or amounts you did or did not recover from a supplier, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on its alerts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the fees you paid for it in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On uninstall we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
